small fly type insect with super long black legs tipped with white

Habitat:

cloudforest, 2400m

Notes:

It was my first time seeing a unique insect like this in Santuario Otun Quimbaya.

Yup, it looks like from the Micropezidae family of Stilt-legged flies.
Thanks for the suggestion Wilson, but I don't think it's a banana stalk fly. It doesn't have that shape or the white tipped legs. I think so Kel!
