Description:
Slender, usually brown insect with 4 wings held rooflike along abdomen; long slender legs. Resemble moths but have long, threadlike antennae and hairy wings. They are not graceful fliers. Adults are short-lived and rarely eat.
Habitat:
Near lakes, ponds, marshes and streams. Visit porch lights. This one pictured was discovered on a bedroom wall.
