Field Notes

Description:

Med size, normally he eats sunflower seeds from bird feeder

Habitat:

#25, Res. Backyard

Notes:

He ate a green leaf, turning it with each bite till gone. Have seen them eat red flowers before but never a leaf, could not tell type of leaf. Has anyone else observed this behavior before. Pic does not show leaf very well, but clearly seen by me.
