Description:

Thrift is a plant from the family Plumbaginaceae, which can be found in coastal areas across the Northern Hemisphere as well as in parts of South America. It is a short plant with branched stems, forming dense and rounded pink flowers heads.

Notes:

Armeria maritima can grow in soils with high copper concentrations.
