Yes I did. He was back a second night with wings spread so I took another pic and added it then. Thanks for the id help.

Hi Amy! This beautiful guy is a male from Genus Stagmomantis. He could be a Carolina Mantis, Stagmomantis carolina: http://bugguide.net/node/view/4821 or Stagmomantis limbata: http://bugguide.net/node/view/149885 or a California Mantis, Stagmomantis californica: http://bugguide.net/node/view/7985 There are some slight differences between the species. According to the descriptions on Bugguide, I am leaning towards Stagmomantis carolina since your guy has eyes that protrude quite a bit. I can't say for sure though so I will let you make your own decision. I hope this helps!
