The ID suggestion is correct. This is indeed a wingless, female wasp! Nice spotting. I've moved this to the Arthropod category for you. Most bugs fall in that category as to other organisms with an exoskeleton and segmented bodies and joints such as crabs, beetles, butterflies, etc
