Description:

I was lucky to catch him climbing the tree next to me, he seemed to have watched me the whole time i was walking through the nature trail.

Habitat:

swampy forest, dead standing forest.
-Hubs Rock
-Rama

Notes:

This species of Woodpecker is threatened in Ontario.
