Field Notes

Description:

About 2 inches long.

Habitat:

Spotted on the edge of a field and wooded area.

Notes:

These dragonflies seem very curious. This one seemed as interested in observing me as I was of it. They also follow me and hover around me while I'm cutting grass on a riding mower. This is the first time I've been able to grab an image of one. Autumn Meadowhawk perhaps? Doesn't seem to have yellow legs though.
