reed makes more sense. it is around water ,I have seen some depositing on algae. Fork tail and spike tail, none of those around here.
Some not all. There was another species nearby laying on the same reed.
Never occured to me! i thought that they usually oviposit in water?
She is laying eggs. You can see the whilte blob
