Sugar Maple tree (life's end)

The end of this Sugar Maple showing other life including: the large Pileated Woodpecker 's characteristically rectangular excavations in the tree and shelf-like mushrooms. The tree grows to 100 feet. To circle the width of this tree it would take four men touching fingertips. Leaves shown in second picture. Woodpecker's wood shavings below is shown on picture 3.
