small hopper that resembles a moth/butterfly

Habitat:

tropical rainforest

Notes:

I first learned about these planthoppers from a spotting of Scott Fraziers. I spotted a of them this past winter in Indonesia and Malaysia. This one was in Bogani Nani Wartabone national park.
