Description:
This mushroom is beautiful, medium sized and plump. Stipe is smooth, wide and pristine white. Cap diameter around an inch, height is slightly more than an inch.
Habitat:
Grows on detritus on the forest floor. Partial shade. Elevation 3100+ ft, mountain forest.
