I have a spotting of this species as well. They are very cute little Crane Flies! http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/14563468 The yellow halterers (the little light colored round things just under the wings and above the legs on the side) are distinctive for this species.
Looks a bit like fungus gnat. ;) Don't know about the species, there are really many species.
