Description:

Often called "jelly babies", these small mushrooms have a very gelatinous/rubbery texture. The semi-translucent yellow caps were smooth and convoluted, and some were darkening from age. Stems were yellow.

Habitat:

Growing on the ground among moss and ferns in a deciduous forest.
