Wildlife Spotting

Brown with white underbelly. Large ears and eyes. Not sure if this is a deer mouse or a white-footed mouse. I've never been able to distinguish the two. Disturbed it while lifting rocks in search of snakes. It had made a small nest of twigs and other dead plant materials.
