Welcome to Project Noah, Carla! I agree with Hema, this looks like a Chinese Mantis. Did you really find this mantis on June 5th? The adults usually show up late summer through autumn around here and I am not very far from you. You can edit your spottings to correct the dates pretty easily. Make sure the "Spotted on" date is the date when you actually saw the organism. If you haven't done so already, please read through the FAQ page.
