That's what I thought too but I compared it to some pictures of poison ivy. Poison ivy's seem to be more pointed.
Now that I can see it a bit better, I would be careful. I'm fairly certain that is poison ivy.
I added some more. It does look like a shrub but it is growing up the house and along the ground.
Do you have any closer shots? Looks a bit more like a shrub than a vine.
