Description:

Family: Limacodidae (Slug Moths) Larva. Length: Approximately .60 inches (15.24 mm) Orange and tan with small spikes and unusual design. Feeds on deciduous trees including apple, dogwood, elm and oak.

Habitat:

Where woodlands, lawn and meadow meet.
