Species ID Suggestions

Comments (1)

I'm not sure all of these are C. ferruginea. C. alpina can have rather large bills, such as C. ferruginea may have rather short bills. I'd say the 2nd and 3rd are dunlins, but I'm not sure about the 1st. It does look very orange and appears to have a marked supercilium but the overall structure is a bit odd. In these cases, the best thing is waiting for them to fly and try to see the uropigium.
