Description:

Thin 1 1/2 inch long caterpillar, yellow in color with black stripes and orange knobs, split tail, 6 legs in the front and 4 more grip type appendages on the read

Habitat:

The preserve it was found in has pinewoods, oak and palmetto hammock, as well as the bald cypress and hardwood wetlands and even a small area of sandhill oak scrub
