Oh ok, that's what was missing in my head :). I thought they were the same size!
this is small beetle, about 1 cm, your rose chafer should be bigger :) your beetle is the most closely related to genus Protetia...

No, they are the same order: Coleoptera, your is family Scarabaeidae, genus Cetoniinae and mine is family Chrysomelidae, genus Cryptocephalinae or Cylindrical leaf beetle...
Aren't they from the same genus is the one you identified for me?
