Description:
When I scared the fly off it repeatedly landed back on this specific plant (Himalayan Balsam, Impatiens glandulifera). There were also leafmining grubs and signs of them on the leaves: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/38384409 there was also what I think was some sort of lacewing on the plant
