Field Notes

Description:

A single stock of creamy-white flowers with green glands at the base of the petals. Foul-smelling. Poisonous.

Habitat:

Grows along forest edges and in damp meadows.

Notes:

Found along the edge of the conifer forest on the east side of the Lightning Lakes in Manning Park. Growing beside the trail in a small water seep.
