you're welcome, this is day-flying moth, family Burnet moths...they are small with thick bodies, have long forewings and short hindwings and when they rest, wings are folded. Most of them are brightly colored :)
Thank you, Jopy!!! I don't know insects well at all and would never have guessed this was a moth because its wings are folded. I wonder if this is the same insect as in my other photo taken nearby.
