Description:

Vernacular name: Spiny Oak Slug Moth.

Habitat:

Found on private property in Sam Houston National Forest. Heavily forested. Lots of lob lolly pine, white oak, magnolia, cedar, etc.

Notes:

Sat on the back of my car all day. Was still there at sunset.
