Nice spotting Shekainah. It looks like a cross-breed between a moth and a wasp.
Thanks Ate Agnes, my father told me also it may be an un-described sub-species of an Episteme moth , maybe endemic to the Philippines.
Hi Shekai, your Kuya Noel has a similar spotting - http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/12961503 (no ID yet). Interesting that in one of Philippine fb groups, 2 members also posted today their pics of this moth. One of the members suggested to look at subfamily Agaristinae for the ID.
