Field Notes

Description:

This group was pecking and feeding on a lawn next to a highway. Males have a "high shout", that uses to keep the group in attention.

Habitat:

I found this group in a edge of a higway, near my home; on a region of transition between the Cerrado and Atlantic Forest.

Notes:

These birds belong to a local farmer.
