I suspect it is T. versicolor, I was just not ready to call it yet, there are some similar species and I just like to double check myself.
Is this a thin bracket or thick? Why don't you suspect Trametes versicolor? It's "...only a few mm thick; flexible when fresh; circular, semicircular, bracket-shaped, or kidney-shaped; often fused with other caps; densely hairy or velvety, often with alternating zones of texture; with concentric zones of white, brown, cinnamon, and reddish brown..." (http://www.mushroomexpert.com/trametes_versicolor.html). If it's not thin enough to be T. versicolor, I would investigate Ganoderma species.
