Notes:

I'm assuming this is an ichneumon due to the short ovipositor, although most ichneumons that I have seen have longer ones. This individual was about 3/4". Note the two black spots near the ovipositor. This was one of the key indicators I have been using to ID, but can't seem to find anything. Possibly a braconid also.
