Thanks Jemma, I found my other butterfly and moth spottings but not this one, that page needs to be turned into user friendly :)
http://www.greatnatureproject.org/collections/15 Check it out now , Faredin.
Thanks but I really don't understand how that page works and the link you gave is directly to butterfly collection and there is no option to see everything. I'm just lost :)
http://www.greatnatureproject.org/collections/15 you will see Hemma( that is me) and Cheryl Lee also. it is under Dr Prudics collection for e butterfly.
That's nice, that way I can also remember and not confuse them.
Oh, I don't have much knowledge neither, I'm just an amateur. But I found funny the opposition between the names and the shapes, that's why I remember it.
I don't have much knowledge about these creatures but I'm learning so I should not repeat the same mistake next time, especially when soon I will start spotting french leafhoppers :)
I try to remember that usually planthoppers are leaf-shaped while leafhoppers not :)
Thanks loannis for the great help and for correcting me! Jemma, how do I see that in that website since I couldn't find it?
faredin,my leopard lacewing and your pansy has been featured in the collection for great nature.
Beautiful! Not a planthopper but a leafhopper, Zygina, most probably Zygina flammigera. It seems there is Zygina discolor which can be confused with flammigera but I read that discolor can be found only in the southern Europe so you must have a Zygina flammigera.
