Description:

Dark blue hawkmoth. Has white spots on wings and body. Tip of abdomen red.

Habitat:

Found in greenhouse. Larva feed on oleander leaves.

Notes:

Toxic to predators due to feeding on oleander leaves.

Female emits an ultrasonic acoustic signal to attract males.

also called Polka Dot Moth.
