Description:

moth >1cm black wings and body, orange humped thorax, black antennae

Habitat:

Astilbe flowers in full bloom

Notes:

Feeding actively on purple Astible, these garden plants attract alot of moths esepecially in the evening and shaded areas

Cisseps fulvicollis would have a blue abdomen, and sometimes has a yellowish costa.
Do you happen to have any other views of this moth? This is most likely a Yellow-collared Scape Moth or a Grapeleaf Skeletonizer but I can't see enough of the body and wings to feel confident to give you which one.
