Field Notes

Description:

Medium to large deer with overall brown to rust cooer except for the underside. Has a characteristic large tail with white underside.

Habitat:

Woodlands, forest, scrublands, and rural spaces, prefers the edges between woodlands and adjoining open spaces.

Notes:

On this outing I saw 2 adult females and they both had twins.
