Description:

This mantis had been haunting my hummingbird feeders, so I shooed it away and It decided to take up a position on my back door.

Habitat:

Suburban Georgia heavily covered with hardwood trees.

It's probably a good thing you moved him away from the hummingbird feeder as larger members of this species have been recorded catching and killing hummers.
