Diurnal, seen in groups, standing on rocks

Species ID Suggestions

Comments (1)

Either the Great Cormorant or the Double-crested Cormorant. Both species are present in NY, but the picture is too far away for me to tell which species. Both are Genus Phalacrocorax.
