Description:

Small, compare to the other Birds of Prey I have seen, it is said it could be 19 inches, 48 cm, so it had to be a juvenile.

Thank you, Liam. I search and search and this Bird looked just like a Broad-winged Hawk, Buteo platypterus, Juvenile, the only thing I found strange was how small it was, I will check your ID suggestion.
Still a bit early for Broad-wingeds in Costa Rica (they should arrive around the week of the 20th) and facial pattern is off. This looks like a juvenile Gray Hawk to me.
