That actually looks better. I was going off of an online guide to Pennsylvania birds so it might have been incomplete.
Eastern Towhee, maybe? It has the right shape and color, and towhees tend to prefer the undergrowth and being on the ground. It also lacks orange tail patches.
The tail looks a little long, but I still think this is an American Redstart because of the white belly. All the other birds with orange in Pennsylvania are Orioles with orange bellies.
