Description:

Well camouflaged, about 30 cm high.

Habitat:

Mixed meadowland/Woodland, Kruger National Park

Notes:

The Red-crested Bustard is a species of bird in the Otididae family. It is found in Angola, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

Looks like a red-crested bustard to me...probably female...
