Field Notes

Description:

This butterfly/moth flew when disturbed and always landed on the underside of the leaves, making it hard to photograph! I saw it here on citrus trees. Had to pretty much lie on my back under the tree!

Habitat:

Forest edges, roads lined with primary and secondary forests, and margins of streams.
