Description:

orchard spider adult

Habitat:

web in willow and joepyeweed growth

Notes:

Surprisingly rappelled to the ground by a thread with the camera flash clicked, was up in the web again about a half hour later. Sitting the the center of the web. Very few adults have webs this year, mostly very tiny juveniles. Last year there were 18 webs easily spotted in upkeep in a 1/4 acre space of garden
