Field Notes

Description:

Small pale green bug, about 1/4 inch or so total length with brighter heart-shaped mark just behind the head.

Habitat:

Found this bug in the flower beds at Hyland Hills Adventure Golf in Westminster, Colorado.

Notes:

Learned that the heart-shaped marking is called a "scutellum."
