Description:

Upon close examination , i found that this larva was feeding onto a caterpillar!!

Habitat:

bush in backyard.

Lenny,thanks so much for the Id. That is the Id i will use unless of course i get a little more detailed one! My guess is that this is the multicolored Asian Lady bug,immature.
i am used to seeing an orange coloration. Could be an immature nymph. Probably multi colored asian?
