Another jumping spider hanging out on the bridge.

Perhaps Eris militaris, Bronze Jumper. http://bugguide.net/node/view/26341 Your spider does look similar to the Pelegrina males but the white markings on the face/legs don't seem to match any of them.
I was also leaning toward Pelegrina flavipes, because his leg stripes aren't super defined, but this is tough.
Looks a LOT like Pelegrina proterva, but I am still looking to be sure.
