It's a Vespidae Polistinae, not an Eumeninae.
how is potter wasp family "Eumenes"? our Eumenes micado and Eumenes fraterculus has similar body and similar antenna. (color is black and yellow)

I don't think I've ever seen a wasp without some sort of bright coloring. Nice photos Sckel.
