Spotted this cool insect in Bogani Nani Wartabone national park.

Yeah, I'm not sure either Chun. Flatidae is just my go-to family when I see a nymph like this.
I am not sure whether it is a Flatidae because there are still many other families of planthoppers to consider. I nicknamed them peacock planthoppers as they display their tail "feathers" like peacocks. I spotted one from Maliau Basin too http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/16635158
