Jellis,a quick differentiating trick would be,the number of tails. This one has two tails .

there are so many subspecies. this one comes up in Concord, Ephemeroptera Plecoptera Trichoptera but they don't have the same coloring. The ones that do look like that are from the east but you never know. http://bugguide.net/node/view/199589/bgimage
