Description:

This is the most wild thing I've found. It's sort of like a seedpod of sorts but also like a bug casing. The double barrels are even in size. Is this a skeleton of sorts, like a leaf skeleton?

Habitat:

Near a pond in tall dry grass. SE Wisconsin
