Woodland habitat on pecan tree leaf

Notes:

I have no idea. I've seen jumping spider egg sacs look somewhat like this, but this may not even be a spider egg sac.

After lots of searching, I agree this is s spider egg sack Sckel. I just can't figure out what species it is from:( I'll come across it sooner or later:)
I am unaware of any wasp capable of weaving a bag of eggs. this is a bag of spider eggs. :)
Thanks Hayley! You could very well be correct. I had thought this when I first saw it, but didn't find a good match to make me feel confident about it. I think you are probably correct though. Now, which species? Hmmmmm.
