Take a look at this comparison of flycatcher species. http://viewingnaturewitheileen.blogspot.com/2014/07/social-flycatcher-boat-billed-flycatcher.html
Based upon the apparent size of its beak, this looks like a Great Kiskadee, Pitangus sulphuratus, but it could be a Boat-billed Flycatcher, Megarynchus pitangua. They have similar coloration and both live in your area. http://neotropical.birds.cornell.edu/portal/species/overview?p_p_spp=477836 http://neotropical.birds.cornell.edu/portal/species/overview?p_p_spp=477996
