Field Notes

Description:

This spider is long and brown in color. It has long legs and has two appendages under it legs that I can only thing to describe as praying mantis pincers.

Habitat:

We was found in a boat next to a lake.

Species ID Suggestions

Longjawed Orbweaver

Tetragnatha sp.

Comments (1)

There is some difficulty it seems to ID these spiders down to species without some detail picture of for example the position of the eyes. I am not an expert.
